The first time we came out to look at the property, we noticed that you could barely see the house thru all of the overgrown bushes and trees. So a lot of the shrubbery was removed and hopefully soon the grass will cover the bare spots that remain. We then filled in the holes in the driveway with dirt and laid a whole new driveway with rocks. We also tore down the unused pump house (the home uses city water now) and put in a working lamp post, and the only planting I've added to the front yard so far is a small flowerbed around the lamp post. I just love the decks that Scott built for the front and back yards! After we moved in, we had 4 huge pine trees removed and had the wooden fence built.
